Create a “How To” List for your duties and responsibilities. Everyone should have a potential back-up. Create a document that details your responsibilities and duties. Include a timeline. Creating Contingency Plans

Future Plans Keep the whole team involved in the process Meeting with Admin and Team to come up with creative change initiatives. Hold 3-4 Educational Meetings a year with PIMS team Our local “DQN” Meetings. To educate everyone on the changes and updates with PIMS.
