With this system, each pump can be custom engineered for individual applications lengths and atmospheres.

Developed using hydraulics from CPX, MK3 & D-Line Manufactured in Newark since 1990 Worldwide population of approx 2000 pumps Current rate of production: 260 per year and growing!! Developed using hydraulics from ERPN Manufactured in Brunn since 1970 Worldwide population of approx 1200 pumps Current rate of production: 100 per year

5 Basic designs Standard (CPXV & ECPJ) - for handling products in chemical or petrochemical industries, refinery offsite Steam heated (CPXV & ECPJ) - for handling liquid sulphur. Cantilever type (ECPJ Only) - for all applications where no external lubrication or flushing is allowed e.g. hot and dirty liquids, molten salts, liquids with tendency to crystallize or became viscous.

The bearing...housings shall be equipped with constant level sight feed oilers ... Oil circulation is ensured by the pumping – effect of the angular contact ball bearings . Shafts total runout along length shall be < 0.04mm/m, 0.08mm maximum 0.13mm maximum offered The pump shaft shall be one piece, unless otherwise approved by purchaser. Above certain pump length, a multiple shaft arrangement is used for ease of maintenance. span limit of 1700mm, above this separate shafts are provided to ease shipping.
