7. TRAINING PROCESS. The training programme is designed as a two days non-residential training programme and is scheduled every week simultaneously in the District level, Sub- divisional level and Block level as per the schedule prepared by MATI. Training modules, PowerPoint presentation, flip charts, models, etc are used in the training. The training is more participatory in nature, is also conducted in the local languages, and role play and skit are also used by some master trainers. Training Assessment formats are used in every training programme, and impact assessment done monthly.
