Create new filter or edit current filter Change any filter element such as site, teams, etc. Filter name

Many utilities are available for assigning or other data maintenance needs Game reports automatically reflect the current filter and the related sort order

Print game schedules All Arbiter reports can be printed or exported in a number of the most popular formats: PDF, Excel, Word, Plain text, HTML, and TIF images

Example of a master game schedule printout Your organization’s information will print as the header on all reports Reports can be oriented as portrait or landscape with the information for a single game on one line or spread out on multiple lines as shown in this particular example. It’s also optional whether to print the officials and related information.

Logging On: www.ArbiterSports.com Type in the e-mail address you supplied to your Assigner, then type in your password. Your initial password will be your last name.

Join! Once you log on you may be invited to join one or more organizations. This may also be done from any page by clicking the ‘Switch Views’ button. If you want to join an organization that is not listed here, contact the assigner for that group.

Select the Month you want to block dates for – you will find this option to select on the right-hand of the screen right below the Date Range box. Then choose under “Action” what type of block you would like to do – “Block All Day”, “Block Part Day”, or “Clear Blocks”.

Set the Date Range for the “Block All Day” Action

It now shows the applied “All Day” Block for the selected Date Range.

Remember! First – Select the type of block you need “Block All Day”, “Block Part Day”, or select “Clear Blocks” Next – Select the date range for that selection, if you selected “Block Part Day” don’t forget to include the time “From” & “To”. Click apply to apply your settings. Then – Once you are done Select “Exit”

Set travel limits Set your mileage limits generously so that you don’t limit your availability. Mileage is based on the zip code in the “Postal Code” field. Once you are done click on the “done” button to exit the screen.

On any given day, you may only self-assign yourself to a limited number of game sets pre- determined by the assigner

Bill-To Contacts Click here to print officiating pay vouchers for a game Note: ONLY Bill-To contacts may see pay related information for the officials. Click on the number of games to print payment vouchers for a game.

Payment Vouchers Click the printer icon under the voucher column. Normally, vouchers should not be printed until the day of the game in case the assigner has made any officiating changes.
