Presentation of results The slideshow presents detailed results covering all 10 SSNAP domains and 44 key indicators for routinely admitting teams in your region results for the 3 therapy domains and associated key indicators for non-routinely admitting teams and/or non-acute inpatient teams (subject to sufficient data being entered by these teams) Each graph will clearly state whether it is displaying team-centred (i.e. based on the care patients received while in each team’s care) or patient-centred results (i.e. based on the care patients received across their stroke pathway)
