www.scottishhealthcouncil.org/strongervoice.aspx @StrongerVoice #SVscot Feedback and key messages Consistent themes across groups and approaches Focus on principles and outcomes first then structure Culture change is essential Good examples exist and should be kept although “sometimes feels cluttered” – needs streamlining or promoting Focus on feedback… services need to make people feel valued and demonstrate the difference that has been made (or not) as a result of listening – “feels tokenistic”, “need visible published outcomes” Go to the people!
