3. Sunday School Music Room/Grade K K-3? Gathering room for combined music, then classroom for Grade ? Direct access to restroom. Direct access to nursery. Has piano, closet, bulletin board. Temperature is not easily regulated – furnace is tied in to Pastor’s Study.

4. Sunday School – Grade 1 Sunday School Grade 1-2 Direct access to restroom. Two closets. Very good natural light. Bulletin board and integrated bookshelves. Room is large and in great shape. INVENTORY – CURRENT USEIMMEDIATE NEEDS – PROBLEMS POSSIBLE FUTURE USEFUTURE NEEDS Check to see if temperature is adequate. May be tied in with Bethany Room.

5. Basement Storage Room General storage. Formerly held construction items. Storage for Christmas trees and paint. Used to store cardboard prior to recycling. Room has small coat rack and small window. INVENTORY – CURRENT USEIMMEDIATE NEEDS – PROBLEMS POSSIBLE FUTURE USEFUTURE NEEDS Ductwork is unfinished and unattractive. Room has double swinging doors and is not easily secured. Room is well suited for storage. This would be a great place to start our “task force projects” that would require little or no approval to change. As projects progress, items stored in other rooms could be stored here instead of shuffled somewhere else. Shelving and storage plan. What groups would need to store things here? Family Promise? Christmas Trees and non altar guild décor? Sturdy shelving could be built in place with inexpensive materials. Each group would have dedicated space to store items and be responsible for their upkeep.

6. Boiler Room General mechanical room needs. Houses boiler, main phone connection and main electrical connection. Connects parlor kitchen to Sunday School hallway. 7. Nursery Nursery for children used during worship. Has two closets and direct access to restroom. Convenient access to sanctuary. Has direct access to Grade ? room. Are the needs of new parents being met?

8. Storage Room beside Crusaders Class This room houses the following: Large Altar Guild items (banners, pall) Family Promise linens Closet with fabric and quilting items Some tables and chairs It also is the access to the Safe Room has access to Crusaders Classroom. Closest room to Sanctuary. Carpet is new and in very good condition INVENTORY – CURRENT USEIMMEDIATE NEEDS – PROBLEMS POSSIBLE FUTURE USEFUTURE NEEDS Stored items should be evaluated for need. Water can flood coming from Safe Room during heavy rains. No light switch when entering from hallway. Fix ceiling tiles.

9. Safe Room This room houses the following: the Safe (we don’t know combination) Manger, manger scene Old records INVENTORY – CURRENT USEIMMEDIATE NEEDS – PROBLEMS POSSIBLE FUTURE USEFUTURE NEEDS Stored items should be evaluated for need. Water can flood during heavy rains. Not a good public place to store or handle money. Access is from other storage room. Lots of storage potential for seldom used items. Stop water problem

10. Crusaders Classroom Sunday school room for adult Crusaders Class. Room has sewing machines and telephone. Two access doors to parlor, access to storage room and hallway. 14. Sunday School – Adult Immanuel Class Currently used for Adult Sunday School. Room houses pews formerly used for choir. Outside repairs have stopped water, but inside plaster repair and painting are needed. Carpet and lighting may need updated.

15. Upstairs Elevator Room Currently used for access to elevator and storage. Has stage lighting setup? Has roof or attic access. It is often extremely hot due to heating problems in NLC. Not easily secured during outside use of NLC.
