As well as a full range of concierge services to the prestigious residents of Verdant Hills.

Guaranteed safety and upkeep of your housing unit and its contents.  Property appreciation due to proper upkeep and maintenance of your unit.  Hassle/worry-free management of your investment.  Centralizing the lease of your units and marketing their availability through our own portal, will not only help make it profitable for you, but hassle free as well.  Your home is in good hands with VPMC. Our hospitality team and leasing experts will assist you in all aspects of renting and servicing of your property to achieve the best available rental rates, whether for short or long term rentals.

4. Levels of Services Option 1: Silver Unit owner will reside in purchased unit and maintain their property. -Handover of unit and key. Monthly management fee to be collected from owner for common area cleaning, garbage collection and security. Monthly property maintenance fee Option 2: Gold Short and Long Term Tenancy Management. - Full check-in/check-out registration process with key distribution procedure. - Pre and Post stay room inspection. -Charging of electricity, cable TV, internet and water bills for tenant to settle. -Optional maintenance services chargeable to tenant for repairs made during tenure. -To issue monthly rental invoice and to liaise with tenant to ensure prompt rental payment to unit owner. 6 months contract: One time ½ month rental fee and monthly dues. 1 year contract: one time 1 month rental fee and monthly dues. For extension of contract, pro-rata charges will apply. Option 3: Platinum VPMC manages both reservation and key distribution system, but still does not guarantee occupancy or room rate. - Full check-in/check-out registration process with key distribution procedure. - Pre and Post stay room inspection. - Professional housekeeping and maintenance services. - Management and listing on distribution portals. - Full unit reservation Management. - Assist owner in renovation and fit out of units.
