8  In this system we discuss the construction of base line models of existing system. This activity relies on knowledge of the hardware and software. 8

9  There is no option to provide the input data as vocal instruction.  Same way there is no option for providing the output data as voice form.  The existing system cannot be used for blind people. 9

10  A voice portal replaces the once proprietary vender IVR box in a legacy contact center system with software developed in.NET that sits on a standard’s based application server and accepts command from a special server-based voice browser, which in turn receives pages back from the application server in a standard called SAPI. 10
