John 10:17-18 “the Father loves me, because I lay down my life that I may take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again.”

The Jewish Historian FLAVIUS JOSEPHUS Mentioned Jesus and John the Baptist in his writings.
14
PLINY THE YOUNGER “they were in the habit of meeting on a certain fixed day before it was light, when they sang in alternate verses a hymn to Christ, as to a god, and bound themselves by a solemn oath, not to any wicked deeds, but never to commit any fraud, theft, or adultery, never to falsify a word, nor deny a trust when they should be called upon to deliver it up; after which it was their custom to separate, and then reassemble to partake of food – but food of an ordinary and innocent kind.” AD112

Many Other Ancient Historians: TACITUS, THALLUS, JULIUS AFRICANUS, LUCIAN, THE TALMUD Jesus was from Nazareth. Jesus lived a wise and virtuous life. Jesus was crucified in Judea under Pontius Pilate during the reign of Tiberius Caesar at Passover time, being considered the Jewish king. Jesus was believed by his disciples to have died and risen from the dead three days later. Jesus’ enemies acknowledged that he performed unusual feats. Jesus’ disciples multiplied rapidly, spreading as far as Rome. Jesus’ disciples lived moral lives and worshiped Christ as God.

JOSH MCDOWELL “That a few simple men should in one generation have invented so powerful and appealing a personality, so lofty an ethic, and so inspiring a vision of human brotherhood, would be a miracle far more incredible than any recorded in the Gospels.”
22
SO WHAT? 1 Corinthians 15:1-22 1 Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, 2 and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you— unless you believed in vain.
23
SO WHAT? 1 Corinthians 15:1-22 3 For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, *SEE ISAIAH 53:5-6,9 *SEE PSALM 16:9-10
24
SO WHAT? 1 Corinthians 15:1-22 5 and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. 6 Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep.
25
SO WHAT? 1 Corinthians 15:1-22 12 Now if Christ is proclaimed as raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? 13 But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised.
26
SO WHAT? 1 Corinthians 15:1-22 14 And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain. 15 We are even found to be misrepresenting God, because we testified about God that he raised Christ, whom he did not raise if it is true that the dead are not raised.
27
SO WHAT? 1 Corinthians 15:1-22 16 For if the dead are not raised, not even Christ has been raised. 17 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins. 18 Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished. 19 If in Christ we have hope in this life only, we are of all people most to be pitied.
28
SO WHAT? 1.JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD 2.HIS WORDS ARE TRUE 3.OUR SINS ARE FORGIVEN 4.CERTAINTY IS POSSIBLE 5.GOD IS NOT DEAD
29
NOW WHAT? Matthew 16:15 “Who do you say that I am?”
