First of all, place the Greek yogurt in each of two cups or bowls. Then, place half of the orange segments on top of the yogurt in each bowl, and after that pour the reserved juice over the oranges and yogurt. We enjoy eating meals that also look nice, so divide the chocolate and pistachios over the top of each. Finally, garnish with orange peel, if desired. I like this recipe because it’s quite healthy. My kids enjoy it because chocolate is one of the ingredients. Although I work till late in the evening, they often ask me to prepare it when I come home.
