About the Library Our library houses over 6000 resources, including picture books, easy readers, fiction, magazines, non-fiction, encyclopedias, and other reference materials. There are 18 networked computer stations available for students to use, as well as one computer designated for the library catalogue. Students are encouraged to participate in book exchange each week, library programming and check out new materials. Keep an eye out for new book displays each week! The Forest of reading program by the Ontario Library Association offers 8 reading programs to encourage a love of reading in students of all ages. It helps celebrate Canadian books, publishers, authors and illustrators. JK - Gr.3  1 book per student. 1 week loan period, unless it is a chapter book. Gr. 4-8  2 books per student. 2 week loan period. Overdue, Lost or Damaged  Students will be unable to loan books if they have items overdue. Notes will come home with your child after 2 weeks if book is not returned When books are lost or damaged please replace them. A note will come home with the replacement cost.
