40% TiO2 is encapsulated in 5um silica bead The crystal size of TiO2 is on average 12nm and is perfectly encapsulated within the silica bead Due to encapsulation, surface characteristics, e.g. rough touch & feel, of TiO2 are not present. As nano-sized TiO2 is well dispersed within the silica beads, transparency of Tin40 is exceptionally good. As the surface of Tin40 is silica, Tin40 exhibits the excellent dispersion properties of silica in both oil and water media.
