4 Playing Online Games Playing games online and using consoles or games on a computer can be great fun. Sometimes, if you are using a console, you can play games online with other people instead of going into game sites. It is important that if you chat with other gamers you protect your privacy and don’t share personal or private information. Tips If another player is behaving badly or making you uncomfortable, block them from your players list. You may also be able to report them to the game site operator. Keep personal details private. Make sure you talk to your parents about this and they agree to make the payment.

10 What is Cyberbull ying? Cyberbullying: Doing something on the Internet, usually again and again, to make another person feel angry, sad, or scared.

12 Cyberbullying can happen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and reach a kid even when he or she is alone. It can happen any time of the day or night. Deleting inappropriate or harassing messages, texts, and pictures is extremely difficult after they have been posted or sent.

13 Before you send hurtful, harmful, or threatening messages to someone: Stop Drop Think Step away from the computer or other digital media. All conversations with everyone especially those who are encouraging you. Find a way to calm down: shoot hoops, run, exercise, take a bath, take a nap, etc.

14 If you are harassed or threatened in any way: Stop Block Tell Don’t do anything. Take a few minutes to calm down. The bully and limit all communications to that person Tell a trusted adult, you do not have to face this alone.
