Usernames and Passwords In order to access the university network you need a personal User ID and Password THOP1_08 Passwords need to be 8 or more characters and include a number

Network Drive Each student has their own personal space on the network to save work to This can be accessed from the G drive on campus, and from Novell NetStorage at home

Logging in on campus Type your user name e.g. THOP1_04 then click in the password box and type your password

Accessing the Single Sign On Open the Internet Explorer web browser Click on the Student Network Services area

Once logged in, you will have access to a number of network services Each service opens in a new tab

Logging in off campus Open a browser and type the URL http://login.worc.ac.uk Internet Explorer Firefox

Enter your username and password Access your network services

Wireless Connectivity The University Campus is wireless enabled You will require your Username and Password to access the wireless network

Backing up and Transferring Data USB/Flash/Pen Drives. Typically 2GB – 128GB 150 MB storage accessible on and off campus Web Storage Typically 1GB (free) e.g. Gmail
