13. ACT INJURY REPORTS  Ensure you are opening the report from the correct location.  Fill out as much as you know at the time. As long as you do not submit it you can go back and fill in more.  Question change based on type of Accident.

14. PICTURES: HOW TO  Ensure you have set Date, Employee and Location before uploading pictures  Problems from INIT computers should be fixed  Pictures have to be on the computer not on the camera or phone to upload  If uploading multiple does not work try one at a time
