4.  CHAS serves nearly 50,000 patients each year in the Spokane area and the Lewis-Clark Valley  They accept state insurance such as Medicaid, and Medicare  They bill private insurance  For those who are uninsured, they offer a flat-fee, similar to a co- pay for each medical visit. CLIENTS
