©The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. 2 of 21 Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) Dynamic Data Exchange is a method that allows Windows programs to share data. Using DDE, you can enter a formula into an Excel spreadsheet cell that refers to a field of data in PCA. Whenever you use that spreadsheet in the future, the cell is updated with the current data from PCA.

If you do not have Exercise 6-2 data, install Bellwether’s starting data. Installing Bellwether’s starting data is shown in Appendix A, pp. 665-666 Appendix A.
