1 Understanding the Role of The Resource Teacher In order to help school professionals understand a few of the roles of the resource teacher, this power point was designed to open dialogue on how the resource professional in each building can help support both teachers and students. The following are a few ways in which RTs help guide the school community in our search for individual excellence.
