10. Recognition Everyone likes to be recognized for the work they have done. Don’t forget to let your members know that they are appreciated for the work that they do. Your members need to feel that they played a part in the overall achievement of the group. 13. Participation No matter how busy we all are, everyone needs time to socialize. Being a member of an organization is a great way to participate in out-of- class activities and make new friends.
