16. Installation Planning If “locally cost-effective” discussions do not result in lower cost alternatives, then:  Reporting Requirements: Needs to be active before any discharges that occur in 2012.  Schedule: Allow for at least four weeks for delivery and installation.  Permitting: May require County permits, particularly for utility power.  Water Shut-off: May require shutting off water supply for one day or more.
