1 point perspective

 Listen as a group about what we did last time.  Listen as a group about 1 point perspective.  Follow along as we create a 1 point perspective together as a group.  Listen as a group about how to shade a box.  Shade the boxes that you created.  Exit slip

 We finished any masks that were not photographed yet and got them turned in.  Than we finished our google doodles assignment and either turned it in or took it home to finish.

 This is the time to ask questions about what we have covered. Raise your hand now if you have any questions…

 Raise your hand if you know how to draw in 1 point perspective.  1 person from each table raise your hands.  You will retrieve 1 piece of paper for each person at your table. Demonstration remainder: You must be watching the screen or Mrs. Francesconi. Phones must be left alone. Head phones should be out and down. You should be following along with the class and participating.

 Step 1  Fold your paper into 9 boxes.

 Step 2  In first box draw a horizontal line towards the top of the box.  Once done raise your paper in the air so we know you are done.

 Step 3  In the second box repeat first step.  Draw a dot on the line indicating the vanishing point.  Once done raise your paper in the air so we know we can move on.

 Step 4  In the third box repeat the first two steps.  Draw a box below the horizon line.  Raise your paper into the air when you are done so we know to move on.

 Step 5  Repeat the first three steps in box number four.  Draw a line down the middle of the box with a small portion sticking out.  Once done raise your paper in the air so we know we can move on.

 Step 6  Repeat the four steps before this one in box number 5.  Add a triangle to the top of the box. This will create a roof.  Once done raise your paper in the air so we know to move on.

 Step 7  Repeat the steps in the five boxes prier in box number 6.  Put dots on the corners that do not cross over the house to reach the vanishing point.  Once done raise your paper in the air so we know we are ready to move on.

 Step 8  Repeat the last 6 steps in box number seven.  Using your ruler draw strait lines from the dots on the house corners to the vanishing point dot.  Once done raise your paper in the air so we know we can continue.

 Step 9  Repeat the last 7 steps in box 8.  Add a wall and a roof line parallel to the lines on the front of the house.  Once done raise your paper in the air so we know we can move on.

 Step 10  Repeat all of the previous 8 steps in box 9.  Darken the outside lines of the house that you are keeping.  Erase all extra lines.  Once done raise your paper in the air so we know we can move on.
