Health Triangle We need to have a balance The three triangle elements are interconnected. All three sides of the triangle need to be balanced to achieve true health.

Health Triangle When one side of the triangle is emphasized too much--or not enough--the other sides will change. This leads to an imbalance. Take responsibility for your own health

My Two Cents “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it.” Staying positive is the first step in bouncing back from challenges. Identify and express your feelings appropriately. Eating well balanced meals and daily exercise will create a better you. THINK POSITIVE, ACT POSITIVE, AND YOU WILL BE POSITIVE

Creating Your Health Triangle On a blank piece of paper, create your own health triangle; the way you are living right now. Draw a triangle Label the 3 components of the health triangle Use words, drawings…anything that shows what your health triangle looks like right now.
