An advance organizer Is a Organize way of pulling the main points of a subject.
Each point needs to be able to be related back to the big ideal of the unit.
An Advance organizer is a flexible model of teaching.

It is important to make it visible throughout the unit.
Some ways to do that is:
Have a poster printed with the advance organizer on it.

Throughout the unit it is important to repeat the information from the advance organizer in order to ensure effective comprehension from the students.
By repeating the advance organizer, the students are able to relate the information back to the big idea.
