Social Work teams and Partners working Together  Increase in Team Managers and create smaller social work teams: improve management oversight and case progression  Separate assessment stage from delivery of CIN plans  Case Management Teams in locality areas – North, Central and South  Looked After Children with permanency care plans as LAC  Disabled Children and 16+/Care Leavers remaining county wide specialists  Ensure children are in the right process at the right time. Thresholds are not a process.  Evidence of support offer and significant harm is essential.
