2. Once upon a time………. There was a sheltered housing scheme in Dukinfield where no-one wanted to live

3. It’s name was Ravensfield…. It had 35 bedsits and it was a rather higgledy- piggledy building

4. Then one day…… Someone had a bright idea to knock the building down

5. ….and build something new and wonderful in its place And like a phoenix from the ashes….

6. Beatrix House was born With 4 x 2 Bedroom Flats 27 x 1 Bedroom Flats

7. And everyone lived happily ever after And at last there was a high demand The End!
