2.  Our enterprise was established by Mr. Kubica in June 1992. He is still the co-owner and a managing director of Ltd.  In the first period were represented some important foreign food manufactures by Gastrocoop and their products were distributed in Slovak market – Mastrefoood, Jacobs, Bahlsen, Wrigley etc.  In second period Gastrocoop Ltd. started distributing home products for independent customer’s market and for international chains. Young and dynamically developing team focused on the customer offers a wide selection of products, actively pursuing market requirements and on the basis of observed results is constantly adapting these requirements in offered range.  In next period Ltd. distributed products from Hungary, Poland and Czeh Republic to Slovakia. Importing of food products is our principal policy at present. 2

3.  Pannon Food Slovakia Ltd. was established by owner Mr. Ľudovít Kubica and Mr. Anna Kubicová.  The main activity of our company is the sale of food products to the retail companies and to the independent shops. We offer more than 2000 products in particular segment of beverages - wine, spirits and soft drinks, rough goods - rice, oil, pasta, confectionery, canned goods and refrigerated goods. In addition to the normal range also deals with the distribution of seasonal products – Valentine, Easter, Santa Claus and Christmas.  The company provides logistics and packaging services, further operates a network of ambulatory vendors, which in addition to its own products and also offers a dry-cooled range. 3

4.  The suppliers are from several EU countries, Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Netherland, Greece, Romania and Bulgaria. Opened the gates for trading outside the EU, such as Chile, Brazil, China. We had the honor that some of strong brands approached us for cooperation to be exclusive distributor.  Wholesaling and the distribution in the Czech Republic (directly by Pannon Food Bohemia Ltd based in Brno) and Slovakia is supported by staff of 50 experienced employees.  Organisation chart - owner Mr. Ľudovít Kubica and Mr. Anna Kubicová. Two managing directors with own assistants. Subordinate departments: business, account, marketing and public relation, sales and the warehouse department. 4

5.  We obtained certificat BUREAU VERITAS Certificate – International Featured Standard IFS  The company has gained an international certificate for food storage IFS on 22.07.2010, the standards it defended in 2011 and forwarded to the next level "higher level". Regular internal audits are focused on all areas which require obtaining a certificate IFS logistics. 5

Based on the demand from our partners, we have created another brand: FARMER, which is still focused on the colonial food. This brand includes a larger volume of goods. 11.  Since the establishment of the Pannon Food Slovakia s.r.o. deals with the distribution of chilled food exports and imports in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary with its own fleet from refrigerated central warehouse with a capacity of 1000 m3 / 500 pallets, with a controlled temperature regime of +2 ° C to +6  We started distribution with own brand Naturfarm - chilled meat products. In due season and as well our ongoing efforts, we added other brands such as: Pick, Kras, Kométa, Die KÄSEMACHER, Tetrabit, Ferrero etc. Distribution takes place with our own cars. 11

13.  In 2014 ran a tender for the supply of Slovnaft (MOL Group) petrol stations for food/non-food. We had the honor to finally Slovnaft chose us, based on our long experience in supply.  Our logistics and business team ensures the purchase and distribution of goods for individual petrol stations. We provide 215 stations and the number will increase to 300 stations, because Agip and Lukoil going to join in Slovnaft Group till end of this year.  The warehouse managing ensures the supplying the goods in roll – containers with our own fleet or by forwarder services.  We are going to take over the supplying of food/non food on the Slovnaft Group petrol station in Czech Republic. We will provide about 300 petrol stations. 13

14.  With more than 20 years experience in logistics and distribution services, we are present at both the Slovak and the Czech market. We predict the requirements of our market and react to them with active logistics.  Active logistics: Our professional logistics team operatively handles our clients' needs in order to introduce a high degree of efficiency into the processes. We plan the transportation centrally and optimize it to reduce the necessary number of vehicles.Our modern warehouse technology enables warehousing all types of goods at various temperature regimes.  Logistic center has an optimal location.
