Nutrition and Food Service Menus Planned by Dietitian Includes Breakfast, Lunch and ASC menus for: Elementary Junior High High School Plans and writes over 600 menus to meet physician requested diet modifications KISD serves 6,215,759 servings of fruit yearly; About 34,800 servings per day

Challenges & Solutions: Growth & Student Population opened another line added POS and cashier adjusted hours of service Long lines & Speed of Service Perception addressed with addition of kiosk addition of new items to less popular lines changed POS procedure for breakfast meal service call out to those with benefits not being used Serving Line Presentation reviewed signage for best age appropriate presentation placement of food on the line and packaging presentation
