TITLE | 6 Club Internet presence is criteria one of the criteria for Club Recognition Awards Presidential Citation – Up-to-date -club website and/or social media District Awards – Public Image Does your club have an up-to-date website (give the address in the Comments section below) including: * – Current Rotary Logo and Theme – Calendar of Club Events – Meeting Location with Day and Time – Membership Requirements and Forms – Speaker List – Rotary Stories (local, district and/or international) Does your club website include an up-to-date list of Board members? * Does your club website promote Rotary values through stories and postings? * Does your club have an active Public Relations, Public Image, and/or Marketing Committee that keeps your "Brand" in local media or social media? * Does all your club communication and publications use the current Rotary Logo from Rotary.org? * Does your club have a social media presence (give links in the Comments section below)? * Does your club use its website and social media accounts to promote Rotary and club events? * Does your club publish a newsletter or bulletin at least monthly and distribute it to members and interested community contacts? *

TITLE | 18 Based upon size of club – < 20 members - $276/yr full, $204/yr lite – 21 to 30 members - $348/yr full, $276/yr lite – 31 to 40 members - $420/yr full, $360/yr lite – 41 to 50 members - $480/yr full, $420/yr lite – 51 to 80 members - $552/yr full, $612/yr lite – 81 to 120 members - $696/yr full, $600/yr lite – 121 to 200 members - $828/yr full, $720 lite – 201 to 300 members - $1104/yr full, $960 lite – 301 to 500 members - $1,380/yr full, $1200 lite If you are not currently on CR there is a $199 set-up fee Clubs can use the districts website to report membership changes and attendance without cost to the club – Saves multiple points of data entry (RI & District) but club would need to maintain its own data management process – Clubs must synchronize their data with RI 2014 Cost of ClubRunner
