When to Contact RCS Anytime you have questions related to the areas of compliance we cover! Common questions: I’m applying for funding and the research involves human subjects. When do I submit my IRB application? Who should be listed as an FCOI Investigator? What is the FCOI training/FCOI declaration, and how do I do it? Pre-award is telling me that funds can’t be released until RCS does an SFI or FCOI review – what does that mean? Someone listed as an FCOI Investigator needs a “management plan” – what is that, and how does impact the release or administration of funds? The award requires an RCR training plan – what is that and how do I get/create one?
