12 IM Update – Potential Gaps & Concerns  Fiji Red Cross - Assessments find continued shelter gaps in RakiRaki, Tavua and Levuka, possibly requiring agency partnerships to help address needs.  ETM – Areas of concern have been highlighted with Western & Eastern Division Officers and agencies urged to coordinate accordingly with them to address Division-assessed remaining needs.  Flooding (NEOC sit rep #145r) 12
