Dual Credit ▪ Today is a research day and a chance for you to work on your annotated bibliography! ▪ We are workshopping this document Tomorrow. ▪ You have a stems quiz on Thursday. ▪ We are watching the One Act Play on Friday! ▪ We have so much going on that you HAVE to be on top of your schedule! 5 weeks left! 4.12.16

5. AP ▪ Please turn in your chosen analysis essay! ▪ We are going to shift gears to argument. What things must be in an argument? ▪ You will have 40 minutes to complete this timed write! 4.12.16

7. Dual Credit ▪ Please take out the draft of your annotated bibliography. ▪ We are going to workshop today! Please look for proper MLA citation. Look for clarity in the summaries and explanations. Make sure that each annotation is about 5 sentence long (at least). Double check grammar/spelling/punctuation. ▪ When you are finished you may read or work on your final draft. 4.13.16

AP Language ▪ Take out your argument prompt and essay from yesterday. ▪ We are going to look at and score essays from the actual AP test and discuss them. ▪ You will then look at your own essay, score it, and begin making corrections/changes to improve it. ▪ Remember what Hemmingway said about first drafts… 4.13.16

11. Dual Credit ▪ You have 10 minutes to study your stems. ▪ We will be taking stems quiz #74! ▪ Please turn your annotated bibliography in on Blackboard by 11:59 tonight! ▪ 1 st and 7 th don’t forget that we are meeting in the auditorium TOMORROW! ▪ 5 th bring your novel to read! 4.14.16

AP Lang ▪ We need to quickly copy our new stems list. ▪ You will have 40 minutes to complete a timed write (if we run out of time you may finish it at home). ▪ Over the weekend you MUST pick one of the 2 argument essays to revise and edit. It will be due on Monday. ▪ Don’t forget that we are meeting in the auditorium TOMORROW! 4.14.16

13. Dual Credit & AP Lang ▪ Our classes are meeting in the auditorium today. All of the Dual Credit classes will turn in their annotated bibliographies. 5 th period will have a D.E.A.R. day. ▪ All AP Classes need to revise & edit their chosen argument essay to be turned in on Monday. ▪ Have a great weekend! 4.15.16
