18. Although the RADOS 200 will detect both gamma and beta radiation (with appropriate probe attached), it cannot positively identify the isotope emitting the beta particles or the gamma emissions. The RADOS 200 does not detect neutron emissions or alpha particles and therefore cannot be used as a reliable indicator that an area is free from alpha or neutron radiation.

20. The EPD is capable of measuring Gamma dose as: Personal absorbed accumulated dose in either μSv or mSv. This displayed as H10 on the LCD screen. Personal dose rate in either microSieverts/hour (μSv/h) or milliSieverts/hour (mSv/h).
