5.  Longitude- These are imaginary lines that show distances east or west of the Prime Meridian  Latitude- These are imaginary lines that show distance north or south of the equator.  Hemisphere- A half-sphere

8. Political Maps show features that humans have created or named on earth. For example, cities, states, provinces, territories, and countries.

10.  Steppe- A treeless plain  Cataract-A large powerful waterfall  Delta- A triangular area of land formed from deposits at the mouth of a river  Plateau- A broad area of land higher that the surrounding land  Oasis- A spot of fertile land in the desert supplied with water, by well or spring  Strait-A narrow strip of water connecting to large bodies of water  Flood Plain-A flat area of land along side of a river formed by mud and silt  Cape-A pointed piece of land extending into an ocean
