Lets workers in different locations communicate ideas, brainstorm, and work together as if they were in the same place Document control - Users can distribute and track electronic documents without working with outdated information. Collaborative Project - Users can coordinate work on a single document from many different terminals. Generate creative solution and new idea Is it possible for organization to be overwhelmed? Why not – Employee feel more empowered to start communicating Great idea often come from such tools Helps to do their job better as well as value creation
