2. Rationale  The Old Library of the University of Gondour shall be utilized as a vessel for community engagement.  a measured combination of restoration and new insertion (to cope with the technology trend).  a catalyst for change – one that would enable the library to work closely with other partners on campus to enhance teaching, learning and research.  adopt approaches that would facilitate innovation.

3. Objectives:  Support for research and creative activities (stress free environment).  Know the trends of user’s expectations;  Provide comfortable space for collaboration, a quiet space or study area, easy access and user friendly;  Adopt emerging services;  Provide good infrastructure technology (good facilities);  Improve user experience to attract more students to utilize the services;  Collaborate and intensify communication with faculty members, students and other stakeholders;  Encourage flipped classroom learning;  Inculcate digital literacy
