Varies for each applicant BUT key themes:  How does your role differ from other advanced practice roles?  How do you know you make a difference?  What is your rationale for the clinical decisions you make?  What do you do when a patient ’ s needs are outside your scope of practice?  How do you communicate the role to your peers and colleagues?  What are your future directions for the role
