History The documents were submitted to Asia and Europe for comments and the Americas Team incorporated those that were considered valid. Agreed Actions As a result of the meeting in Montreal, the following actions were agreed:As a result of the meeting in Montreal, the following actions were agreed: 1.The Europeans will prepare a proposal with justification, for the times of the training courses and provide this to the Americas writing team. 2.The 2 years in 15 is to be discussed with the Other Party Management Team members and they will provide some guidance to the writing team on this matter. 3.The Americas writing team will update the documents upon receipt of the information in 1 and 2 above and re-issue them for comments by the 1 st week of November. Americas Position The major concern for the Americas centers around the proposed times for the training courses. We have the experience of successfully giving these courses for the last several years and do not see any reason for the proposed increased times.The major concern for the Americas centers around the proposed times for the training courses. Conclusion The AS/EN/SJAC document is the last of the 3 international documents that must be harmonized to obtain the Authorities approval for the ICOP scheme.The AS/EN/SJAC document is the last of the 3 international documents that must be harmonized to obtain the Authorities approval for the ICOP scheme.
