Infection Control Policy Students must provide a copy of their current immunizations (Tdap, MMR and Varicella chicken pox, Hep B). Student Fees Total $225, five payments of $45Total $225, five payments of $45 –Uniform – Gait belt – Name tag – TB skin test (2 step) – Family Safety Care Registry – CPR and First Aid certification – Field trip –Class T-shirt – C.N.A examiner fee and the C.N.A State fee of. If assistance is needed please speak with sending school and/or SRTC counselor. (Not covered in student fees is watch with second hand, white shoes and optional stethscope and BP cuff)
