5 Tickets Students will receive 10 tickets on Thursday, May 19 th along with a request form for more tickets. 10 more tickets will be available, starting on May 23 rd. 10 more tickets will be available on May 31 st.

9 There are two locations for handicapped seats: 1. Perimeter of arena 2. Stage right (your right when looking at grads from stage). Guests will enter the arena at the main entrance. Handicapped Accessibility One guest can be seated with each handicapped guest.

14 . Graduation Dress Code Students should wear slacks, button shirts, dresses, and dress shoes. No jeans or tennis shoes please. Cut off, flip-flops, revealing clothing, or casual wear or recreational wear should not be worn. Students will be checked to ensure appropriate attire.

15 Students must wear tassel with “2016” that comes with cap and gown. T A S S E L S

16 Cords, Medallions, Etc. Students who earn cords/medals for service to a school club or organization, or part of the NGAGE Partnership, BCON and HEAN are encouraged to wear them.

17 O We plan that purses and other items will be brought by students to the venue (even if we tell them not to). O A staff member will be in charge of items that have been confiscated or held, and to inform students where to pick up their items. Confiscated Items

18 Microphone Cut off A copy of the graduation program script including the speeches must be provided to the administrator in the sound booth. The administrator chosen will turn off the microphone if a student strays from the approved script. Principal explains to crowd that the microphone was cut because the student strayed from the approved script.
