Computer Aided Dispatch / Automatic Vehicle Location (CAD/AVL) Connexionz CAD/AVL has been in use since 2008. Connexionz powers our CAT Mobile Application. Connexionz controls the bus destination signs. We are currently evaluating a replacement system to be online this Fall.

CAT Bus Stop Announcements Clever Devices / Digital Recorders Technology DR-600 / 700 Control system is stand alone – controls only announcements, uses internal AVL Will be replaced when the new CAD / AVL system comes online in October

CAT Automatic Fare Collection Trapeze EZ Fare Payment system Provides on bus day pass sales Uses Smart Media for fare payments We are able to issue passes for 30, 60, 90- day periods and Annual passes Accepts Third Party bar code and RFID identification cards Has credit / debit card capability GPS enabled Connects wirelessly to our accounting system Provides a full range of planning reports

CAT Refuse Collection Many CAT stops provide Big Belly Solar Trash compactors and single stream recycling units. These units communicate with our contracted refuse and recycling provider – Waste Management – and provide them with the location and load status of each container. Containers signal when they are 80% full.
