Is the commandment of giving strictly for Christians, or is also for Non-Christians? How and from where should we collect money in order to have a church treasury, or contribution? Many are saying that the collection that Paul is making reference to, “was something special”, because the churches in Judea were in great distress and also in great poverty. “not a pattern to follow” Some say that this is “not a pattern to follow” forever, knowing that it was strictly for the poor saints at that time. So the contribution is no longer needed anymore, they argue!
