3  Criteria for Participation › 2 years minimum service to the City › No bad evaluations › Positive swim lessons evaluations › Has shown potential and interest in being a lead or manager › Must attend all three sessions *Staff of the Year receives automatic invite.

5 Hello, You are invited to attend the Winter Management and Leadership School. This is an in depth training on leadership skills and management in general. There are three dates for the trainings and all are mandatory. You will learn with your peers and supervisors and work towards becoming a lead staff or manager. We will be covering a variety of topics and learning from guest speakers. You are paid for this time. The dates are as follows: Tuesday January 28, 2014 5 – 9pm (bring your own dinner/snacks) Saturday February 22, 2014 8:30am – 12:30pm (light breakfast provided) Monday March 10, 2014 5-9pm (dinner provided) We have chosen only those who have multiple years experience with us and have the potential and drive to grow and succeed at the West Sacramento Recreation Center. We hope that you will join us and work to become a part of our successful management team! If you don’t think you are up for it or can’t commit to the dates, please let me know and we will determine if you should be a part of this opportunity.
