2 Belgrade, 12/13 March 2012 2 EU Framework  Reception Condition Directive The aim of this Directive is to ensure that all asylum-applicants have a dignified standard of living and that comparable living conditions are afforded to them in all Member States

9 Belgrade, 12/13 March 2012 9 Exclusion form welfare support  Asylum Seekers who do not cooperate in the establishment of their identity or of their need of assistance  Asylum Seekers who do not cooperate in the establishment of the facts necessary for the conduct of the asylum procedure  Asylum Seekers of EU Member States  Any such decision may not, however, restrict access to emergency medical attention
