Special Admit / Concurrent Enrollment LMC Application (online) Special Admit Enrollment Form 14 years of age or older and have completed the eighth grade Additional Documents Transcripts and/or Assessment Scores. For students under the age of 16: Age Waiver Form, Unit Limit Waiver Form (7 units FA/SU & 5 units SU), and Special Admit Student Introduction (Certificate)
