What’s on the ribbon? The ribbon contains tabs each with their own function, as pictured above the default tabs are: FILE, HOME, INSERT, DESIGN, TRANSITIONS, ANIMATIONS, SLIDESHOW, REVIEW, VIEW & STORYBOARDING. The NITRO PDF Tab is an example of a 3 rd party application that can be linked to Ms PowerPoint.

The FILE Tab The file tab or rather the backstage view contains various options for saving, printing, sharing and exporting presentations

Other Tabs Go through each tab on the ribbon before starting a presentation to get yourself acquainted with where certain commands, features and options are situated
