1 Adding Letter & Number Choices to the ActivInspire Toolbar ActivInspire How-To’s

2 These are Helpful When… You want to label things with A-F or 1-6 choices o Multiple steps to directions o Multiple choice answers to questions o Mathcing vocabulary to diagrams, words to definitions, etc.

3 File Needed ActivInspire File “Letters and Numbers for Toolbar” available for download in the ActivInspire How-To’s box

4 Get the Toolbar Ready Open ActivInspire At the top of the toolbar, click on the drop-down icon at the top Make sure that “Roll In” is unchecked

5 Add them to the Toolbar Open the ActivInspire file “Numbers and Letters for Toolbar” Draw a box around the stack of letters with the mouse cursor to select all of them at once Drag the pile to right column of the toolbar using the Move Freely icon The letters will be added to your toolbar! Repeat the process to add the numbers

6 Use Them! Anytime you want to add the A-F letters or 1-6 numbers to an open flipchart, simply click on the icon available in your toolbar and it will be added to the current page
