Attention Former S3 Construction Pupils Anyone that was in Mr Stanton’s S3 Constructions Skills class before the change of timetable: If you want to take your models home, please come and collect them by the end of the day on Thursday 16 th June. If they are not collected by then, they will be dismantled for scrap.

YOUNG ENGINEERS CLUB ATTENTION S2-S3 YOUNG ENGINEERS The Young Engineers Club will return in August after the Summer holidays and will continue to run on Mondays. It will not meet on Monday 20 th or Monday 27 th June. This is because Mr Stanton is out of School on Monday 20 th, and Monday 27 th is the start of Activities week. Have a good holiday!

RUTS are looking to recruit a representative from Lasswade High School who is in S4 – S6 to participate in a youth panel made up of young people from each high school in Midlothian. The group will help shape RUTS Climate Challenge project that aims to encourage lower carbon behaviours through cycling and other methods of active travel. The group will meet once a month and get involved in loads of activities around Midlothian to spread the climate change message. General duties to include cleaning cars, changing tyres, helping the mechanics complete jobs and any other associated tasks.
