GROUP D: e-LEARNING “Does the “E” stand for evasive?” The capabilities of emerging digital technologies, together with a strong movement toward more flexible learning delivery, have spawned a revolution in the desire to deliver education and training via electronic means. However, accessibility issues have often meant that people with disability have not benefited from the outcomes as much as they could.
