5. Read as much as you can and choose books that you love reading. Find books, authors, subjects and themes that you want to read about, that matter to you. Read for at least a half hour every night, seven nights a week! READING IS THINKING so don’t distract other readers. During DEAR, silently read books you enjoy. When you confer with me about your reading, whisper so we all can escape into the wonderful worlds created by the authors of our books.
